1. What distinguishes your shirts from those in the clothing stores?

   Our MTM shirt online store allows you not only to get shirts tailored to your own measures but also to design stylish and modern men's shirts: you can choose a fabric, a collar, fit for your shirt (slim, normal or loose), decide on the pocket style and quantity, select buttons, order embroidery etc.

2. What is the quality of your garments?

   Our skilled staff use high-quality raw materials and latest equipment for garments manufacturing.

   Our shirts are made of the wide range of fabrics:

   All the fabrics are liable to compulsory certification.

3. How do you set prices for the custom shirts?

   The main cost element is fabric price. We manufacture shirts from high-quality fabrics. Shirt price can also change in case if you design it with additional options such as pocket flaps, epaulettes, contrast fabric for collars and cuffs, monogram, contrast buttonhole thread, hidden buttons and collar stays.

   All these elements increase labour content and thus, influence the price.

4. What is the dispatch date of my order?

   The automatically estimated dispatch date is displayed at the bottom of men's designer. It says when your order is shipped after cash proceeds to our account. The dispatch date can vary depending on work load of our manufacturing department, but if you place an order, we guarantee to fulfill it in due time.

   Before cash inflow we set aside materials for shirt manufacturing. After receipt of money we hand your order to the production department without further delay.

5. Where should I insert my own measurements? Are there any size restrictions?

   Insert your measurements in the section «Shirt designer» - «Measurements» - «Create a new measurements profile». You need to measure yourself, just follow our measurement guide.

   There are size restrictions but they are not hard limited. For example, the maximum height is 2m 40cm. If it restraints you, please contact us.

6. To what countries do you ship your products?

   We ship our products by mail to any country in the world. The shipping cost depends on shipping method, weight of your parcel, destination country and is automatically calculated on an individual order basis. When your order is ready it is handed to the delivery service and notification is sent to your e-mail. In 1-2 days after that you will receive one more letter with a postal ID number, which you can use to track your order. For more information visit our «Shipping» section.

7. Do you practice taking measurements on a call-out basis?

   Unfortunately, we do not. It is technically impossible due to the great geographical remoteness of our customers. The detailed measurement guide will help you to take measurements yourself. Your personal measurements will be saved in your account. You can save several measurements profiles for shirts appropriate for different types of activity. It simplifies and speeds up the process of order placement.

8. Are you going to expand the assortment of shirt fabrics?

   We consider all our customers requests and constantly expand the fabrics assortment in accordance with these requests.

9. Can I cancel my order?

   Orders designed by you are kept during 14 days while we are waiting for cash inflow. After this period orders are automatically deleted. You can cancel your order yourself in your personal account.

10. Can I save my measurements for future orders?

    Yes, of course. You can save your own measurements in your profile that will be available for future reference. You can also change it, make alterations, delete it, create several profiles. It can be, for example, for a business dress shirt, home shirt or a formal shirt. You have an opportunity to create different profiles — for your family members, friends etc.

11. Can I send a shirt as a gift to another person?

    You need to know his or her parameters. If you do, you can write an additional delivery address in your personal account and we will send your present to your friend.

12. Can I order something unhackneyed?

    Our customers are chief designers of their shirts. We implement people's creative ideas in design of unique garments that accentuate their individuality and at the same time are comfortable and hard-wearing.

    You can order a shirt of any fit (normal, loose or slim), choose from different collar types, select standard or French cuffs, decide on your shirt's color etc.

    We can manufacture your shirt to any measures: from very small to the largest ones.

13. Are you going to expand the assortment of custom made garments?

    We consider all our customers requests and proposals. At the moment ties, women's shirts and skirts designers are in development.
