It took about 15 days from MTM send me the shippment notice till I received the parcel. The package was in good condition when I received it. The only thing that bothered me was that the delivery wasn't a door to door service. I need to pick up the parcel from the local postal office. The MTM website was good. The quality of the material was excellent. I definitely will order more shirts from MTM in the future. Finally, compare to the price of the shirt, the shippment charge is a little bit high. May I suggest to lower the shipping pirce in the future?
Thank you for your feedback! The shipping cost depends on shipping method, weight of your parcel, destination country and is automatically calculated on an individual order basis. Depending on shipping cost and time of delivery you can choose one of the following shipping methods: 1. Surface shipment Russian Post; 2. Airmail Russian Post; 3. Express-mail EMS Russian Post. Express-mail EMS provides clients with maximum convenience as it delivers goods right to the door. But the service is quite expensive.

Hello! I'd like to thank all the team for the perfect job once again: I've got 6 more shirts already. Everything is of fine quality. I'll keep on refreshing my wardrobe and I'd like to see some more interesting fabrics! I have a question concerning white fabrics. Is Andy 610-99 a textured one? It seems to have a herringbone pattern? And what's the color of the Trevi383-1 fabric? - is it snow white like the white fabric "Baby" or it has a creamy or grey shade? It doesn't look paper white on the screen. And, probably, it would be nice to add some more words in the description of fabric (in the designer): textured, and more detailed description of a color (after all, red color has many tone colors...) Thank you.
We are constantly refreshing the assortment of fabrics. The fabric Andy 610-99 is textured, you can only see the "herringbone" pattern if you zoom in on the photo. The fabric Trevi383-1 is also textured, that's why some pieces of the white fabric have a little grey shade.

Hello! I'd like to thank you for timely delivery of my order, for opportunity to track my order, for quality of tailoring and fabric. Everything is at top level! However, I went wrong with some of my measurements. The shirt is on the small side. I wonder, which parameters should I change in the following case: 1) pulling crumples from the 2nd upper button towards shoulders. 2) I'd like to increase the diameter of the armhole by 1 cm or so. Thank you for your feedback! We will be happy to help you with measurements. You need to amend your measurements profile (change shoulder type). You selected "normal" shoulder type in the previous order. Probably you have "square" shoulders. We can fulfil your wish and extend the armhole by 1 cm in your new order. All you need is to send your order number to support, and we will improve the sleeve construction design by hand.

Thanks a lot! There's nothing to add I think. Excellent website, considerate staff: they helped me to place an order, to take measurements (I did something wrong) — asked me to measure more carefully... As a result, I've got a first-rate shirt. I've ordered two more shirts today and will keep on ordering!

Hello. I received my order 16002. The shirt fits perfectly. Many thanks for confirmation of the buttons collar — black ones go better, really. The only drawback is though collar buttons are small in the designer, actually they are of the same size as the others, it looks not very nice.
